2011 Starts…
I’m out hunting for a job. That hell is my priority this year. To get a job. It has also been awhile since I jot down blog notes and all. I have been busy for the whole stretch of vacation and holiday season. It was full of epic eating Filipino foods like Lechon and such that would make my cholesterol levels altered and my blood pressure more thicker.
It has also been my thought that on this 2011, I should be having a job. It’s fun being “funemployed” but I really need to work my ass out so I may be able to feed myself with the wants that I like. It has been in my thought that every new year, there is always a fresh start. It’s not always in the middle of June, or in August, or in late November. It has always to be January. I don’t know about the belief of New Year but since they were all yanking “year of the rabbit”, then maybe I should get myself up and look for that job I really like.
For some two to three days now, Von has been sleeping over my room. We hit the sack by 1:00 AM and sleep around 4:30 AM. We like to talk, forgive us. And what we did realize is that — as cliché as it is — life is not on repeat. What we do today will leave a mark forever. So to count off, I’m going to exchange my SLR and TLR cameras. I don’t know but I have this feeling of using a certain brand for just more than a year and I’m off with it. I’m thinking of getting Nikon SLR’s and Mamiya TLR’s. I’m quite interested also when it comes to painting so I guess more paintings to come (?) I really don’t bother that now. I also bought three books, two of them are from Charles Dickens. But seeing my sister-in-law’s sister reading Harry Potter, I think I should be reading them again. That’s basically it. 2010 was basically more like my stepping stone to my “future”. I spent some 4-5 months reading books and discerning nursing techniques just to make it to the boards. But now here it is. I drastically do not know what to do. Universe, please do conspire with me on getting a job. Thank you!
